What is Online Coaching?

Online coaching is not all that different from in-person training. However, the remote nature of online coaching can be very beneficial for busy individuals who need support and accountability at a lower cost than in-person training.

Similar elements to in-person that you will receive with an online coaching relationship include:

  1. An individualized program aligned with your fitness goals

  2. Customized nutrition and exercise programming

  3. Exclusive support and accountability

Online coaching is a relationship where you will receive not only the eduction and knowledge that you need to optimize a healthy lifestyle, but also the extensive support, communication and accountability that is needed to help you learn how to sustain your results.

How Does It Work?

The NATTYHOUR Coaching Method follows a step by step process to ensure you receive the best coaching experience and sustainable results.

Initial Assessment

The assessment is initiated after you’ve completed an application form. After your application is reviewed, you will then be contacted via email to discuss the next steps.

If we are ready to move onto the next phase, a registration form will be sent to you to complete so your coach can get to know you a bit better.

Then we will set up a strategic planning session. This session will either be a call or an email, depending on the athlete’s preferences and availability. This allows you to ask any additional questions you may have for your coach to ensure you feel comfortable and confident with the approach.

The strategic planning session typically includes a discussion about:

  • Expectation management between you and your coach

  • Past success and struggles

  • Training history, preferences, limitations and/or injuries

  • Nutritional experience and preferences

Making It A Lifestyle

Once you are ready to start the program, the first stage will be a step by step process to making this a lifestyle. You and your coach will work closely to implement the things that will help ensure you succeed, which will include:

  • Nutrition and training

  • Hydration

  • Digestion

  • Sleep

  • Stress

  • Analysis of what’s working and what isn’t

  • Tying everything together

Nutrition Coaching

A customized nutritional plan will be provided based on flexible dieting principles.

Depending on your goals, you will be provided with an individualized macro-based plan or an intuitive eating plan to help you achieve your goals. You’ll also receive a full day of eating example, grocery list and macro friendly recipes.

Your coach will be available to assist you with any troubleshooting, as needed.

Your coach will also provide you with the eduction and resources needed for tracking macros, optimizing your food selection, and implementing effective strategies during social events that will help keep you on track with your goals but also where you don’t have to miss out.

 

Training Program

Your training program will be designed to fit your unique situation. Whether you prefer the gym 5 days a week or can only training at home 3 days a week, your program will be completely customized for you.

  • You will receive a custom training program that is updated regularly to ensure you are optimizing your goals and progress.

  • Your coach will monitor and adjust your program, as needed.

  • You will receive access to our lifting library, which include professional videos providing tips to execute proper technique for a given exercise.

  • You are encouraged to send over lifting videos of you performing various movements you aren’t 100% comfortable with so you can work closely with your coach and monitor the progress as needed with your technique.

Education

At the NATTYHOUR, we pride ourselves on providing all of our athletes with the education and resources needed to teach them how to sustain their results so they can become self-sufficient and feel confident enough to go off on their own.

You will receive weekly videos up to 20 weeks, recorded by Coach Krys, discussing various topics including nutrition, training and lifestyle.

We also do biweekly team LIVES in our private group, where we discuss the latest research and how you can use this information to continue to optimize your health and fitness related goals.

Accountability + Support

You will have constant access to your coach. They are there when you have a question, need support, or are even lacking motivation.

You will have monthly coaching calls and will also complete a weekly check-in form, which gives your coach insight as to how things are and how you are progressing.

Your coach will then provide you with a video or audio response to discuss your adherence, progress, answer your questions and make suggestions or adjustments to your program as needed.
