Q: Can I ask questions during the program?

A: Yes! All questions can be asked in our group community at any time - there will also be a live Q&A video biweekly to discuss any questions more in depth.

Q: Do I have to wait for a new month to start the program?

A: You don't have to! You will receive access to the program if you decide to join midway through for example. If you are ready to start, there is no need to wait.

Q: Is there a long-term commitment?

A: There is no contract with the subscription. You can cancel at anytime within the app. Note that results take time, where the longer you are committed to the program, the more rewards you will receive.

Q: Is it okay if I am new to macros?

A: OF COURSE! Everyone starts somewhere & this is the perfect place to do it.


Q: Is it ok if my goals are fat loss?

A: Yep! No matter what your goal is (fat loss, reverse, maintenance) the principles and habits remain the same! Please note though that fat loss phases DO require more accountability, where 1 on 1 coaching may be a better option if you have specific fat loss goals with deadlines.
