WHO THIS IS FOR

This challenge is for anyone who started the year with good intentions, then watched consistency slowly slip away. It’s for the person who feels behind, frustrated, or stuck in the cycle of starting over. It’s for those who want guidance and structure without rigid rules, who are done with extremes, and who are ready to build something that actually lasts. If you want to feel strong again, have more energy, and finally feel in control instead of constantly “trying to get back on track,” this challenge is for you.

 

HOW TO ENTER TO WIN

Yes.. there is a prize at the end of the challenge! And consistency is the only requirement. You don’t need endless motivation to succeed, you need discipline. Discipline is what carries you through when motivation fades, and over the next 8 weeks you’re going to learn a lot about yourself through that process.

To be eligible, complete the workouts that fit your lifestyle, either gym or home, use the nutrition resources and meal plans to support your progress, and stay active inside the group for accountability, support, and guidance from both myself and the community. Focus on building a routine that you can actually maintain, stay aligned with your goals, and commit to the process for the full duration of the challenge.

Initial photos are to be submitted in the app by the start date, May 4th

Final progress photos and your personal challenge reflection must be submitted by June 27th

That’s it. No complicated rules. Just show up, stay consistent, and let the results speak for themselves.

Winners will be selected based on the most impactful overall transformation, whether that shows up physically, mentally, or both.

 

HOW TO TAKE PHOTOS

Use the same poses and angles for both your before and after photos.

Photos should be full body, from head to toes, fully in frame. No mirror photos. Use a tripod or have someone else take them.

Required poses:
Front: stand relaxed with arms at your sides
Side: turn directly to the side, arms either straight out in front or at your sides
Back: stand relaxed with arms at your sides

Take your photos at the same time of day each time. Ideally first thing in the morning before eating or drinking for the most accurate comparison.
