Our seasonal challenges are our most popular programs! Each season we run a 12-week challenge that has been designed to reshape your life. With our customized macronutrient plan, individualized training program, and endless support and resources, you will learn everything you need to in order to make fitness apart of your life. Each athlete will receive an individualized program making our challenges perfect for both beginners and seasoned gym pros.

Training sessions 4-5 days per week

Expect 4-5 sessions each week. Sessions will be approximately 45-60 minutes.

FAQ’s

Q: Are the TNH challenges for beginners?

A: Yes! Each program is customized to fit your experience and goals. You will also receive instructional videos to guide you through the program. You don’t have to be a gym regular to participate and see results from this challenge. You don’t have to be a beginner to join either.

Q: Are the TNH challenges fat loss programs?

A: Not in isolation. The programs depend on the athlete, where some people may want to focus on fat loss and other’s may want to focus on strength or building muscle. Those who join the challenges have a wide spectrum of goals that they are focusing on. All fitness and health goals are welcome and encouraged to join our challenges.

Q: Is there a prize at the end of the challenge?

A: Yes! At the end of the challenge, we offer the athlete with the best MINDSET and LIFESTYLE transformation with a generous prize.

Q: When does each challenge begin?

A: There are 4 challenges held each year: NY’s, Spring, Summer and Fall.

Q: What equipment do I need if I want to train at home?

A: The more the better! But a good starting point would be some resistance bands, dumbbells, stability ball and a bench

A: There are individual rates and group rates available

A: Because we don’t just work with anyone who is willing to give us their money.
